Services Description

Cura Kin provides home healthcare services including elder care, patient attendant services, bedridden care, companion care, and post-hospital care. Our services are delivered by trained, verified professionals in the Mumbai metropolitan area.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when filling out forms or requesting services
• Inform us of any changes in the patient's condition, medications, or care requirements
• Ensure a safe working environment for our caregivers
• Provide accurate contact information and respond to communication from our team
• Not misuse our website or services for any unlawful purpose

Booking and Cancellation

Service bookings are confirmed upon agreement of terms between Cura Kin and the client. Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Standard shifts: Cancellation with 24 hours notice incurs no charge
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): A nominal fee may apply
• Ongoing care plans: 7 days notice required for cancellation
• Emergency cancellations: Handled on a case-by-case basis

Pricing and Payment

Service prices are quoted at the time of booking and are valid for the agreed period. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. All payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.

We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice to existing clients.

Limitation of Liability

Cura Kin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property ofCura Kin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
