We serve the entire Mumbai metropolitan area including South Mumbai (Colaba to Marine Lines), Western Suburbs (Worli to Borivali), and extended areas like Navi Mumbai and Thane. Our caregivers are deployed across 60+ localities in the region.
We provide 24/7 emergency support and our care services are available round the clock. Whether you need daytime assistance, overnight care, or 24-hour support, we can accommodate your schedule. Our customer care team is available 24/7 to address any concerns.
Services
We offer five core services: Elder Care (daily assistance and companionship for seniors), Patient Attendant (post-surgical and chronic illness support), Bedridden Care (specialized care for immobile patients), Companion Care (social engagement and wellness checks), and Post-Hospital Care (seamless hospital-to-home transition). Each service is customized to individual needs.
Booking is easy. You can call us directly, send a WhatsApp message, or fill out the contact form on our website. One of our care experts will get back to you within 30 minutes to discuss your needs, schedule a free in-home assessment, and create a personalized care plan.
We offer complete flexibility. You can choose hourly care, daily visits, overnight support, or 24/7 live-in care. Many families start with a trial period and adjust as needed. There is no long-term commitment required.
Pricing
Our pricing varies based on the type of care, schedule, and duration. We offer flexible hourly, daily, and monthly plans with no long-term commitment required. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific requirements.
We accept multiple payment options including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash. All payments are securely processed and you receive a detailed invoice for every transaction.
We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule a shift with 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee. For ongoing care plans, we require a 7-day notice for cancellation. Please refer to our terms of service for detailed information.
Process
Every caregiver undergoes a rigorous multi-step screening process: identity verification, police background check, skill assessment test, reference verification, in-person interview, health checkup, and a mandatory training program. Only 1 in 15 applicants pass our screening process, ensuring you get only the most qualified professionals.
We consider multiple factors: the patient's medical needs, language preferences, personality compatibility, experience with specific conditions, location proximity, and schedule requirements. You have the opportunity to meet and approve your caregiver before they start. If you're not satisfied, we provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Quality assurance is central to our service. We conduct regular supervisor visits, gather weekly feedback from families, monitor caregiver performance through our app, and perform periodic re-assessments. Our 24/7 support team is always available to address any concerns. We also send customer satisfaction surveys and act on feedback immediately.
